Timpanogos Prom 2012

The is a first for everything.

When I went to prom (which depending on how you see it, it was a long time ago or just a few years), we went to the gym where they had the  cheesey backdrops and an over-priced photographer who took a very generic photo. You paid for your print package and that was it.

So I was surprised when my cousin approached me about doing pictures for his prom group. We didn’t do that when I was in high school, but what a cool idea.

We took the pictures in one of their friend’s beautiful backyard. The lighting was a bit tricky but I feel like we were able to take some great shots. Would  I do it again? Absolutely! Although high school kids can be obnoxious (as I’m sure I was), they are easy to work with and the shoot goes very quickly.
